TronsCore Terms of Use

1. General Terms

TronsCore is a decentralized platform for creating and claiming POAPs (Proof of Attendance Protocol NFTs) on the Tron blockchain. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All blockchain transactions are final and cannot be reversed.
• You are solely responsible for managing your claim codes and wallet security.
• TronsCore does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of POAP events or metadata.

2. Event Creation & Claiming

• Event creators are responsible for the accuracy and legitimacy of their events.
• Claim codes should be distributed securely to prevent unauthorized claims.
• TronsCore reserves the right to remove any event that violates these terms.
• Claiming with a wrong claim code or attempting to claim from the same event twice will result in a failed transaction and loss of fees.
• Failed transactions due to lack of energy, bandwidth, or insufficient TRX to cover fees are the user’s responsibility.

3. Image Upload Policy

By uploading an image, you confirm that:

• You have the legal right to use and distribute the image.
• The image does not violate intellectual property laws.
• It does not contain offensive, illegal, or harmful content.

⚠️ Violation of this policy may result in event removal without notice.

4. Blockchain Transactions

• POAP transactions require **TRX fees** or **Energy** for execution.
• Network congestion may delay transactions.
• Once a POAP is claimed, it cannot be revoked.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

• TronsCore is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for smart contract failures or external wallet issues.
• Users assume all risks when using the platform.

6. Updates & Changes

TronsCore reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
